Xiocom Wireless Chooses VeriWave to Optimize its Complete Wireless Access Solution, XioSphere™
PORTLAND, OR, July 22, 2008 – Xiocom Wireless is using VeriWave Inc.’s performance analysis systems to pre-qualify and optimize its wireless broadband solutions for business, residential and government services across urban and rural areas. Supporting WiFi with Ethernet on a single platform VeriWave’s WaveTest™ system is the only solution designed to test the converged network edge, combining wired and wireless LANs (WLANs). By utilizing VeriWave, Xiocom is able to test its open-standard, multi-layered wireless routers with actual traffic as found in live networks and measure the end-user Quality of Experience (QoE).
The 1500 series router is a component of Xiocom’s leading edge complete wireless access solution, XioSphere™, which enables Xiocom to develop and install a tailored wireless access solution for its clients that can be built from original specifications or integrated into existing services and networks.
